In partnering with major international Travel Agents and booking holiday Portals such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Homeaway, Trip Advisor etc. we are offering a global exposure to all villas in our portfolio.

Full management services including marketing, rental start-up, online listings, bill payment and account support, calendar and key holding, maintenance, security checks and emergency 24/7 call out support. Additional support services include welcome packs, pool maintenance, gardening and property cleaning.

In addition to managing short term rental properties, we have over 5 years experience of managing the day to day running of complexes of apartments whereby investors own a property built within a jointly owned building. We simplify this type of ownership by offering a full management package to cover all aspects of communal living, i.e. setting up a management committee, providing cleaning and maintenance, administration, accounts and financial reporting and managing a staff team to ensure the smooth day to day running of a complex.
