Cyprus is so beautiful in the summer months, and of course, you’re blessed with the most spectacular weather, perfect for enjoying our 5 must-visit destinations…

  1. Cape Greco

The Cape Greco National Park is a huge area with so much to explore. You can follow the many trails that lead through the woods, and out to the coast, offering up some amazing panoramic sea views. You’ll discover the quaint chapel of Ayioi Anargyroi, the magical sea caves once used by smugglers, and some special spots linked to the legends of Aphrodite. It’s an amazing location for nature and history lovers alike.

 2. Liopetri River

If you’re staying in the Ayia Napa area, you really should take the time to visit the nearby Liopetri River. It’s a peaceful haven offering a tranquil respite from the liveliness of the main tourist resorts in peak season. Take a gentle stroll, and stop off at one of the amazing fish restaurants on the riverbank, dining on freshly caught seafood as you watch the fishermen at work.

 3. Konnos Beach

No stay in Cyprus is complete without spending a lot of time at the beach. Konnos Beach, with Blue Flag status, is well sheltered so you’ll always find the waters calm. It’s great for sunbathing, but if you fancy a boat trip, or trying your hand at water sports, there are plenty of opportunities here.

 4. Nissi Beach

Looking for a beach with a buzzing atmosphere? Then look no further than Nissi Beach. While this beach is great for families, it holds a particular appeal for young people as it hosts some fantastic beach parties with famous DJs playing well into the night. With all amenities and a wealth of popular bars and restaurants close by, it’s a wonderful destination for the young, and the young at heart.

 5. Fig Tree Bay

But for the ultimate tropical paradise experience, you must not leave Cyprus without visiting the gorgeous Fig Tree Bay. This beach has Blue Flag status, and is considered to be one of the best beaches in Europe. With fine golden sand, and crystal clear waters, it’s an idyllic location. The waters are shallow and gently sloping, so it’s ideal for the smaller members of your family, and you’ll find a full range of amenities, shops, bars, restaurants and cafes close by.
